Traxxas has just unveiled a very sexy, officially licensed Ford GT.  The RTR Ford GT will feature a new Dual-Bellcrank steering system and a new 4-Tec 2.0 chassis, which is designed to optimize handling and sharp cornering. The Traxxas exclusive body mounts will allow for the easy install of 190mm or 200mm body styles. The Ford GT will also include Traxxas favourites such as Traxxas Stability Management and Waterproof Electronics. The Shaft-Driven All Wheel Drive Ford GT will be powered by the Titan 12T Motor and the XL-5 Electronic Speed Control. Look for it in Black, Red and Blue at a price of around $300 in March 2017 when it is expected to be released.

This is one sweet looking ride. I don’t even mind the brushed motor. It will keep the cost down and it is an easy upgrade with a brushless system that you may have laying around. I consider this and affordable alternative to the X0-1. Sure you give up some speed to the X0-1, but are you really doing 100mph all the time? I think this is a nice compromise and gives you a great looking On-Road car that you can set up to your own taste, without breaking the bank.
