Traxxas is releasing a LCG Chassis Conversion Kit for the Slash 4×4(All versions). There are many companies making a LCG chassis for the Slash 4×4, it will be interesting to see how this kit stacks up to the others. This is same chassis that comes with the Traxxas 1/10 Rally model. This is a complete kit, with all the hardware included to take the stock Traxxas Slash 4×4(not in the kit), and make into a LCG Slash 4×4. They are hoping for an early March release. A MSRP of $75.00 immediately makes it a competitor in the LCG market.

Want some more information on LCG’s for the Slash 4×4? Head on over to RCSoup.com. Last summer they compared 3 different LCGs, the Chuckworks RC Slice 4x, SSC (Shining Star Chassis), and Team RC Engineering (T-RCE) and they really put them to the test.
